Aristoi Classical Academy

Situated on a former farmland, the design for this school has a rural aesthetic and takes full advantage of the natural surrounding with strong connections to the outdoors. Large glass windows and outdoor learning areas will provide students the opportunity to engage with the outdoor elements. Extended Learning Areas (ELAs) and wide corridors also provide opportunities for cross-teaching and group learning. The school also contains music, art, and computer labs, as well as a gymnasium and large dining areas. LDDBlueline™ worked with the school board, administration, and staff on the new Aristoi Classical Academy School Campus Master Plan. The new school was designed in five phases. The first phase included a new 75,000 sq. ft. school that serves 400 students in grades 8-12. The site was master planned for four additional buildings including a grade school, competition gymnasium, performing arts center and expanded cafeteria and dining hall. The entire campus accommodates 1,200 students (K-12). The overall goal of this project is to make the classical school a national leader in this school type, boasting the best facility, largest enrollment and graduating the highest, academically strong students who are prepared for college. Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed in Fall of 2023.
